Coercive Control and Psychological Abuse in Relationships

Neurodivergence in Women

WiseWOMAN Studio offers evidence-informed resources and tools to understand:

  • how it ‘looks’ and ‘feels’ when living inside it

  • how to recognise it in intimate partner relationships, friendships, workplaces, systems and in culture

  • why it's so difficult to recognise

  • the traumatic bonds that make leaving feel impossible

  • the impacts of exposure to it over time

  • how and why neurodivergent women, in particular, are at greater risk of being harmed by coercive control and psychological abuse

Access evidence-informed tools to:

  • track the patterns of coercive control, and

  • guidance on recovering, reclaiming your autonomy and rebuilding your identity in the aftermath of coercive control, emotional abuse and psychological harm.

Seek a diagnostic assessment from Clinical Psychologist, Dee Donaldson, to identify:

WiseWOMAN Studio offers evidence-informed education and resources for women who want to make sense of the harm they’ve experienced without being pathologised, analysed, therapised, and without self-help promises, AI generated slop, or moralising narratives. Neurodivergent (autism) assessment is available to women aged 17+ by a Clinical Psychologist.
