Terms and Conditions

In completing the WiseWOMAN Studio Coercive Control Screener or the Relationship Clarity Mapping Program, participants understand and agree to each of the following:

• I am 18 years of age or older and understand that this is a requirement due to the sensitive nature of the questions and material within the tool, report and program.

• I must provide my email contact to receive my results and the occasional educational newsletter with updates from WiseWOMAN Studio, and know that I can unsubscribe at any time. I am aware that my Screener results and email details will not be shared outside of WiseWOMAN Studio and that my screener item responses are processed automatically to generate my report.

• WiseWOMAN Studio advise that the Coercive Control Screener or the Relationship Clarity Mapping program should only be completed if I am able to do so safely, privately, and where there is no imminent risk to myself or to anyone else. I understand that if I have concerns about my safety or wellbeing, WiseWOMAN Studio have encouraged me to seek support from a qualified professional or the support services provided with my results.

• All WiseWOMAN Studio resources including the Coercive Control Screener and the Relationship Clarity Program are provided as a tool for my personal reflection and educational purposes only.

• Completing the screener or the program do not in any way constitute, infer, or create a therapeutic relationship,

• The screener or the resulting report is not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or substitute for professional advice, and the results do not confirm or substantiate the presence of any legal offence or clinical condition.

• I agree to the Intellectual Property terms set out below and will not reproduce, share or distribute the content of this screener or the program in any form, and that to do so may result in legal action, including:

  • Reproducing, copying, photographing, screenshotting, or recording the content of this screener in any form;

  • Sharing, distributing, forwarding, or publishing any items, questions or content from this screener;

  • Using the content of this screener for any commercial, educational, clinical, or research purpose without prior written consent from Donna-Marie Donaldson (WiseWOMAN Studio).

• I understand that WiseWOMAN Studio do not recommend that I share the results of the screener with my partner or ex partner to ensure my safety.

• WiseWOMAN Studio accepts no liability for actions taken or decisions made on the basis of the results of this screener or due to participation in any resources provided by WiseWOMAN Studio.
