Reclaim Your Self
A short reflective checklist for women after harmful relationships or experiences
This is a reflection for women who want to gently notice how their sense of self may have shifted before harm, during harm, and now.
It is not a test, a task, or something to “get right.” It’s an invitation to recognise what was adapted for survival - and what may be returning as safety grows.
This reflection may be helpful if you are:
rebuilding your sense of self after relational, workplace, family, or systemic harmnoticing confusion, numbness, or loss of voicebeginning to feel small glimmers of yourself returningwanting language for experiences that were never named
