Reclaim Your Self

A short reflective checklist for women after harmful relationships or experiences

This is a reflection for women who want to gently notice how their sense of self may have shifted before harm, during harm, and now.

It is not a test, a task, or something to “get right.” It’s an invitation to recognise what was adapted for survival - and what may be returning as safety grows.

This reflection may be helpful if you are:

  • rebuilding your sense of self after relational, workplace, family, or systemic harm
  • noticing confusion, numbness, or loss of voice
  • beginning to feel small glimmers of yourself returning
  • wanting language for experiences that were never named
